While working for Oregon IMG, I was tasked by the University of Oregon Athletic Department to create new innovative partner activations for Oregon Duck fans to interact with on gamedays at Autzen Stadium. I successfully completed the task and connected our account executives with several high level industry professionals, which resulted in many new partner opportunities for the Oregon IMG Account Executive team.
I created this concept using Adobe Creative Suite and presented it directly to the Director of Sports Sponsorship at PlayStation- Sony Interactive Entertainment during a sales meeting in August 2016.

Starting in 2013, Youth Movement in collaboration with UO's Prevention Science Master’s Program developed a market research initiative to help quantify our events and better understand our target communities. Brittany Hinchcliffe and I developed a market research study focusing on the issues that hinder Native American youth from getting physically active throughout the day.
This research has continued on for the last four years and is measured at all Oregon Youth Movement events, providing key information on how to better the Native American youth in the community and ultimately fulfilling our mission as an organization “to ignite a generation to be active, educated, and connected to the power of community."

In the Spring of 2013, I was tasked by our Executive Director to rebrand the Youth Movement organization digitally to expand our organization nationally. The first step was developing an official website with a strong focus on brand, creative design, and ultimately reaching "Nike Quality" for approvals. As the leader of my first major project in my professional career, it is still one my proudest creative works to this day.
After completing the website in collaboration with Jared Connor, I lead the approval process of the website with the Nike Sports Marketing Department, Nike N7, University of Oregon, and our other partnered universities. The Youth Movement official website (www.ym7.org) was officially approved by Nike in Fall 2013.

Property: Portland Pole Vault Festival- IAAF World Championships
During the first day of competition of the IAAF World Championship, our marketing team hosted a Portland Pole Vault Festival for some of the best youth pole vault athletes in the west coast. The event was hosted at the historic Rose Garden, home to the NBA Portland Trailblazers. Later in the day we brought all 500+ of the athletes at the festival to sit on the track during the World Championships at Oregon Convention Center to watch the world’s best pole vaulters attempt to break world records during the World Championships. (Sidenote: I have a great story for this!)
As one of the main event directors, I designed the custom apparel for the Portland Pole Vault Festival to be worn by the athletes and future daredevils off track and field.

The 3rd Annual Youth Movement held at Nike World Headquarters was huge for the growth of the movement. The event started off with a bang, from an inspirational speech from the Vice President of Jordan Brand, Howard H. White. Youth Movement was fortunate enough to give out our first annual Sigmi Chi- YM Scholarship to college bound OSU student, Victoria Kurtz. And for the first time ever, Youth Movement reached a national audience by airing a commercial and special on the Pac12 Network during one of the Oregon Ducks football games.
As Communications Director of YM14, I developed 7 new partnerships with Native American tribes and schools across the Northwest, producing a growth 200% in event attendance in 2014. In my role, I also managed event logistics with all partners, coordinated market research initiative to quantify the event alongside UO Prevention Science Master’s program, and developed Adobe creative materials for a plethora of marketing campaigns.
